Prominent members Authentic Mogajis of Ibadanland have congratulated Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on his installation as the Aare Asoludero of Eruwa, alongside his wife, who was honoured as the Yeye Aare Asoludero of Eruwa.

In a statement jointly signed by Mogaji Olawale Oladoja, Mogaji Oladosu Ademola, Mogaji Olasomi, and Mogaji Olatoye Olajide Bigdaddy Sugar, the traditional leaders described the honour as deserving and well-merited.
They said Governor Makinde and his wife had earned the recognition through their contributions to the growth and development of Oyo State, particularly the governor’s transformational leadership and developmental strides over the past seven years.
According to the Mogajis, Makinde’s administration has continued to make significant impacts in infrastructure, education, healthcare and other critical sectors, thereby changing the development landscape of the state.
The Authentic Mogajis of Ibadanland said the conferment of the prestigious titles was a further recognition of the governor’s commitment to the progress of the people and his leadership qualities.
They also pledged the support of the Authentic Mogajis of Ibadanland for Governor Makinde’s presidential ambition, assuring that they would mobilise massively in support of his political aspiration.
The group equally expressed their readiness to support Hon. Bimbo Adekambi in his bid to become the next Governor of Oyo State.
The Mogajis maintained that Ibadan traditional leaders and stakeholders would continue to play active roles in promoting credible leadership and supporting individuals they believe possess the capacity to advance the development and prosperity of Oyo State and Nigeria.
