Speaking at the grand opening of *Klub 1405* at Plaza De Aruna Hotel, the *Royal Father of the Day, the Alara of Ara, Oba Dr Windapo Adebayo, commended the initiative and described it as a welcome development for the ancient town.
The monarch said projects like Klub 1405 are critical to repositioning Oyo as a hub for entertainment, hospitality, and tourism.
According to him, “*We want more of this in Oyo and we pray that this move will bring more tourism value chain that will open Oyo to more significant development.*”
Oba Adebayo I noted that beyond leisure, the new club will create direct and indirect jobs for young people in the town.
“*Such development will not only open Oyo town but also help to employ and develop the capacity of the youth at the town*,” the Alara stated.
He urged other investors to emulate founder and invest in sectors that can engage the youth productively while projecting the cultural and social image of Oyo.
