Post-Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL) has formally announced that its former Company Secretary, Nathan Oguwike, Esq., has ceased to hold office with the company.

In a public notice issued on April 23, 2026, and signed by signed by Lieutenant Augustina Nkeonye, Acting Public Relations Officer of PHDL, the organisation stated that Oguwike is no longer in its service and is not authorised to act on its behalf in any capacity.
The company further cautioned members of the public that it would not be held liable for any actions, representations, or transactions carried out by the former official following the termination of his appointment.
They also urged stakeholders to take note of the development.
