A member of Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Oladeji Bimbo Wunmi has lauded the efforts of the federal government to rescue 82 chibok girls from captivity of the terrorists.
The House Committee Chairperson on Women Affairs and Community Development representing Ogbomoso state constituency urged the government to commence immediate rehabilitation for the released girls.
While joining other well meaning Nigerians to salute the government on the issue maintained that it is a thing of joy to see these girls alive.
She said, as a mother it is a thing of joy but however tasked the federal government on the need to rescue others as soon as possible.
The lawmaker noted that the girl need speedy rehabilitation back to the society after spending years in captivity.
She however called on security agencies to ensure safety of lives and property of all Nigerians especially women and children.
