The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Oyo State, Engr. Muftau Open Salawu, FNSE, has congratulated members of the party’s Campaign Council on their appointments, urging them to see their new responsibilities as a call to service.
Salawu, in a statement, charged members of the council to remain committed and focused on the collective objective of securing victory for the APM in the forthcoming elections.
He said the success of the party would depend on the commitment, dedication and teamwork of members of the campaign structure across the state.
The deputy governorship candidate expressed appreciation to the leader and presidential candidate of the APM, Engr. Seyi Makinde, as well as the party’s Oyo State governorship candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi.
He also commended the Director-General of the campaign, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, and all members of the Apex Campaign Council for their contributions to the party’s campaign efforts.
According to him, the appointment of the campaign council members provides an opportunity for them to contribute meaningfully to the party’s electoral campaign.
Salawu urged the council members to work together and remain focused on the task ahead, stressing that the party’s goal was to win the forthcoming elections at all levels.
He called on members and supporters of the APM to unite behind the party’s candidates and campaign structure to achieve the desired electoral outcome.
“Let us remain focused on our singular goal: to win the forthcoming elections from top to bottom,” he said.
