Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar hosted former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, former Adamawa State Governor Jibrilla Bindow, and Musa Halilu, the Dujima Adamawa, for Iftar on sunday at his residence.

This is coming days after El Rufai Visited former governor of the state kf Osun Ogbeni Raud Aregbesola and Pastor Tunde Bakare in Lagos

The gathering, which took place after the breaking of the Ramadan fast, provided an opportunity for discussions among the political figures. Atiku described their conversations as “the dessert of the meal,” hinting at the depth and significance of their deliberations.

While details of their discussions were not disclosed, the meeting has sparked speculation about possible political alignments and developments ahead of the 2027 elections. Given the prominence of the attendees, political analysts suggest the discussions may have touched on national issues, governance, and the future of the country.
