There are clear indications that the former Governor of Oyo state , Senator Rashidi Ladoja may not accept and attend the elevation of Ibadan High Chief to Oba

Gov Makinde who recently signed into law the State Chieftaincy system bill as amended by the Oyo State Legislature which gives the governor the sole power to decide who becomes what in Oyo traditional council is planning to elevate some Ibadan High Chiefs into a King

Ladoja who is presently out of the country our reporter learnt has vowed not to accept kingship position that is lesser to Olubadan

Inside sources revealed that, Although the Otun Olubadan has nothing against the elevation but he is more focus on his dream of becoming Olubadan than coronet king
