Barrister Wale Ojo Lanre, on Tuesday resume office as the Director General Bureau of Tourism Development Ekiti State.

Ojo Lanre who was in the last administration served as Director General, Bureau of Ekiti State Art and Culture and Senior Special Asistant to Gov Kayode Fayemi on Tourism Development was appointed few days ago by Governor. Biodun Oyebanji 

The Usi-Ekiti born International Journalist, Lawyer and Tourism expert on Thursday resumed office after collecting his appointment letter at the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.

Announcing his resumption via his Facebook page , Ojo Lanre wrote: Yesterday, Thursday 2nd Day of November, I franked an engagement document in Ekiti State as the Director-General, Bureau of Tourism Development Ekiti State.I am grateful for this recognition by His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, to serve my state in this capacity.”

During the last administration, the workaholic Ojo Lanre intiated ideas, events further projected Ekiti state as preferred Tourism Destination.

Earlier, Ojo lanre who was accompanied by  Famous Twins in African Tourism, Amb Taiwo and Kehinde Oguntoye, Remi Oladoye, Publisher of National Insight  Olaoluwa Mimiola of Reportersatlarge and  Technical Adviser, Mr Abiodun Dada  visited the state commissioner for Information, Hon Taiwo Olatunbosun and Hon. Tosin Aluko- Ajisafe, state commissioner for Environment where he discussed the need for synergy between their offices and Tourism Development in the state
