As the Aseyin of Iseyinland, Oba Sefiu Oyebola Adeyeri III, marks his second year on the throne, prominent legal practitioner and philanthropist, Amofin Beulah Adeoye, has spotlighted the monarch’s growing influence in promoting peace, unity and grassroots development across Iseyinland.
Amofin Adeoye, who is also President of the Beulah Adeoye Foundation, noted that the last two years of Oba Oyebola’s reign have redefined traditional leadership through a blend of cultural integrity and modern governance ideals. According to him, the Aseyin has emerged as a stabilising force whose leadership style prioritises dialogue, fairness and the collective welfare of the people.
He observed that beyond ceremonial duties, the monarch has positioned the throne as a platform for social progress, particularly in the areas of youth empowerment, education and humanitarian interventions. Amofin Adeoye described Oba Oyebola as a custodian of Yoruba heritage who has successfully preserved age-long traditions while opening the palace doors to inclusive engagement and development-oriented partnerships.
The philanthropist further commended the Aseyin’s moral authority and wise counsel, which he said have fostered unity among stakeholders and strengthened communal harmony in Iseyinland. He added that the monarch’s consistent support for social development initiatives has left visible footprints that continue to uplift lives and inspire confidence in traditional institutions.
