Titilayo Alabi, the daughter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) chieftain, and member of the Oyo state Parks management system, Goke Alabi AKA “Turtle” today tied the Knot with her Fiancée, Bolaji Okeowo. The wedding, which was held at Jogor Event Centre in Ibadan City was graced by politicians and top government officials including the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
In his fatherly speech to the couple, Turtle encouraged the couple to make “love” the pillar of their home and ensure that morals and cultural values are not eliminated from their family goals. He ended his speech with prayers that God will guide them through the Journey that they are about to embark on and give them beautiful children. He further presented the couple with a brand-new Toyota Prado SUV.
Notable among the dignitaries present were, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, the executive Governor of Oyo state, Hijs Royal Highness, Oba Moshood Olalekan Balogun (Olubadan of Ibadan), Alhaji Lai Mohammed (Minister of Information and Culture, CP Adebowale Williams (Oyo State Commissioner of Police) and many others.
