WORLD TOURISM DAY 2019  Tourism and Job: A better future for all.

In 1980, United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) announced 27 September as World Tourism Day. Afterwards, every year has a Theme and a new Country as a host.

Tourism is travel for pleasure or business. It is also the practice of the business of attracting, accommodating and entertaining tourist. Tourism not only contributes towards more economic activities but also generates more employment revenues and play a significant role in development. Tourism in other words boosts the country economy by providing diverse job opportunities for local people . It promotes cultural awareness and helps people to preserve local culture and tradition.

Nigeria as so many Tourists destinations and attractions. It is a country with many Cultures, languages, Cuisines, Festivals and Carnivals among which are Calabar Carnival, Argungu Fishing Festival, Osun Oshogbo and so many others.

There are Beaches, Hills, Whispering Palms, Ikogosi Warm Spring, Zuma Rock and so many Beautiful destinations.

There are many Nigerian Cuisines. Our Jollof Rice is the best in the World. The difference is in the taste. You will be glad you did. Hotels and Resorts are numerous as well.
