Things You Must Do Before Leaving Your House  in the Morning

Immediately you wake up from your sleep, dont just jump out of your bed and start activities, take a few miniutes to “boot” properly before you stand up and start activities for the day.

Below are some healthy tips on what you should do before leaving your house in the morning.

Communicate With your God in Prayers and meditate

Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. When believers meditate on God’s Word, they will be blessed with flourishing just like a tree flourishes if it is planted by continuously running water and nourished by a constant source of life. So read God’s word if you believe in it, think about it and pray.

Drink Water to avoid dehydration and easy digestion. Drinking water when you first wake up in the morning can certainly provide some healthy perks.the body requires water to lubricate joints, regulate body temperature, transport nutrients, and excrete waste via urine and sweating, just to name a few biological functions that rely heavily on proper hydration.

It also increases your energy level

Read at least 10 pages of self improvement books. Education is not restricted to four walls of classroom and for you to be adequately infotmed you must keep reading. so before you leave your home in the morning just make sure you read at least Ten pages in a day with this you can be sure of reading between three and five books in a month.

Take a walk or engage in fitness excercise for 10 mins. Exercise is a crucial component of a healthy lifestyle, offering numerous physical and mental benefits. Regular exercise helps improve cardiovascular health, build muscle strength, boost metabolism, enhance mood, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. .

Take your bath and brush your teeth before eating : smel nice and look good, let your appearance be attractive.

Recheck Your schedule and plan your movement for the day. You don’t just go out without a scheduled or plans, be sure you dont pick a wrong date or time for a meeting or an event that you intend to attend.

Check your car, or machine breaks, water and oil and other components befor you kick and be sure they are in good condition befofe you drive out

Be security conscious, make sure you lock everywhere before you leave
