It is therefore imperative that government at all levels must ensure that our roads are in good conditions and necessary precautions are installed on the roads to forestall future occurrences.”

I am by this release declaring that special prayers should be offered for the repose of the departed in all NANS events nationally for the next one week. I will also lead a delegation of the National Leadership to Kano State to condole with the families, College and Government of Kano State.
While awaiting the comprehensive report on the incident, I therefore call on all our comrades across the nation to continue to pray for the repose of the departed and draw inspiration from their sacrifice to ensure that student’s rights are protected always.
