Sport Minister Donates Four Tyres to Crown FC

The Acting General Manager of Crown Football Club Ogbomoso,Mr kunle Oyeleye has heaped praises on the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports, Chief Sunday Akin Dare for donating Tyres to support the club transportation system.

The gift was presented  to the club by Hon. Oketona Olayemi on behalf of the Honourable Minister.

Oketona said the kind gesture was borne out of his Principal’s conviction to ensure nothing delays smooth sailing of the Club to match venues.

Receiving the Tyres on behalf of the club, the acting general manager of the Club, kunle Oyeleye lauded the Minister for his incessant philanthropic gesture and contribution to the team at every opportunity.

“We want to thank the Honourable Minister for his generosity and support to the team at all times.I want to assure the Agbaakin and the good people of Oyo State that we would continue setting the pace in the football circle in Nigeria.

Oyeleye in his remarks maintained that provision of new wheels equipment would go a long way to easing challenges bedeviling the Club’s Coaster Bus.

It would be recalled that Crown FC last weekend defeated the visiting Abia Comets FC 1-0 in the second stanza opener of the NNL at Ogbomoso.

The Club is at the moment occupying 4th position on the group B log of the Southern conference, the Oladuni Oyekale tutored side will be on the road against the ‘restoration Boys’ Bayelsa United in the week 15 of the Nigeria Nationa League at the newly refurbished Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa.
