Dr. Olubunmi Aboderin-Talabi (Non-Executive Director, Punch Nigeria Limited) detailed the “Ten Stages of Wellness.” She motivated the women to claim their power, recognize the varied seasons of their lives, and make time for rest. Her compelling takeaway: “You can be pitiful or powerful, but you can’t be both.”

Bunmi George (Founder, Shredder Gang) led a practical discussion on “Willpower and Tenacity.” She offered actionable tips for achieving work-life balance through discipline, moderation, and healthy habits, stating, “Your muscles are your longevity organ.”

feoma Williams (Global Image Consultant and Executive Presence Coach) concluded the keynotes with a session on “Commanding the Room: Building Executive Presence and Influence for Career Growth.” She emphasized that true influence comes from authenticity and poise, noting, “People may forget how you look, but they’ll never forget how you make them feel.” She left the audience with a powerful motto: “Only when a woman truly glows does she grow.”

Following the keynotes, a lively panel session provided a valuable platform for Glo women to share their thoughts, ask questions, and connect with the speakers and each other.

The summit’s spirit extended beyond Lagos, as a dedicated video link allowed staff across the Glo community to join the sessions virtually.

Attendees found the experience to be deeply impactful:

Ifeyinwa Okoli, Team Lead, Customer Care, remarked that the event was “beyond my expectations; each speaker delivered her message beautifully, and I’ve taken so much home.”

Esther Ohiomoba from Enterprise Business called the summit transformative: “It touched my core. My biggest takeaway is to let my brilliance serve, not intimidate.”

Ultimately, the SheGlows 2025 Summit was a resounding success—a vibrant celebration of the strength, self-worth, and potential of every woman at Globacom, reinforcing the company’s belief that when women glow, they truly grow.
