The gubernatorial candidate of the PDP in Oyo state, Engr Seyi Makinde has warned the ruling party, APC to desist from attempts to lure voters into releasing their voters cards to government agents.

In a release from his Campaign Organisation and signed by Prince Dotun Oyelade, the PDP flagbearer said the plot will not succeed because the people have seen through the desperation of the ruling party.

Makinde said that the APC will equally fail in its connivance with Oyo State Signage and advertisement agency to frustrate attempts to install billboards belonging to the opposition in the state.

According to the statement, the imprint of Engr Seyi Makinde is in the minds of the people and they will give him resounding victory during the March 2, gubernatorial election next year.
