A special seventh day Fidau prayer for the late Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba Dr. Abdulganiy Salawudeen Adekunle Oloogunebi Ajinese 1, will hold on Sunday.
According to a release made available to newsmen on Friday morning and signed by the National President of Iseyin Development Union (I.D.U), Comrade Sulaimon Ajewumi, the venue of the prayer is the open field of Iseyin District Grammar School (IDGS), Iseyin.
“The sixty-two year old Oba Salawudeen whose transition occurred on Sunday 24th July, 2022, after fifteen years on the throne, has been described as the harbinger of modern development to Iseyin and environs and while positive impacts of his reign will remains indelible in our minds,” Ajewumi said.
