Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti, son of music legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, has reacted to an order by the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba, to arrest him

He said he  would give the police full cooperation to uncover who is wrong.

Kuti on his Instastory on Saturday evening added that he prayed the IGP would indict whoever was wrong.

IGP, Baba, ordered the arrest of the musician, according to a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, on Saturday night.

In a video which has gone viral, Seun was seen involved in a heated argument with the officer who was standing in the middle of a busy road.

“The IGP has equally ordered a speedy and full investigation into the remote and immediate cause(s) of the assault and prosecution of the suspect accordingly.”

“IGP Usman Alkali Baba assures Nigerians that acts of contempt/disdain for symbols of authority will not be tolerated while offenders of such hideous crimes will be surely brought to book,” Adejobi had said in a statement
