Mr Kelani Ajadi,former Academic Staff Union of the Polythecnic Ibadan has taken the management of the institution to industrial court to challenge the termination of his appointment by institution.
In a document obtained by our reporter, the case between KELANI Omotosho Ajadi V. The Poly Ibadan and ANOR with suit no NICN/IB/138/2020 will be for mention at the court on 4th February 2021 at the Industrial court Adeoyo area Ibadan

Mr Kilani Ajadi, while responding to the sacked alleged that his trial for what the management of the institution describe as ‘involvement in act of misconduct’ is not fair, saying there is no panel report that recommends him for termination of appointment.
