Senator Buhari in a Ramadan Message to the general public said our prayers and supplications to Almighty Allah during this fasting period should not only be limited to ourselves and family but for our community, state and the nation at large
.
The chairman Senate Committee on ICT and Cybercrime further called for special prayer against any spiritual and physical attack against the country and its leaders, especially president Muhammadu Buhari who is currently undergoing medical vacation in the United Kingdom.
While tasking Islamic preachers and leaders to always speak the truth, Senator Buhari said, ‘ our religion leaders should always preach the truth as directed by Almighty Allah and the Prophet (SAW) which will guide the people on the path of righteousness as enshrined in the Holy Quoran and Hadiths”.
