President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated his son, Seyi Tinubu, on the occasion of his 40th birthday, describing him as a man of focus, courage, and humility whose life reflects discipline, integrity, and service to humanity.
In a heartfelt message personally signed by the President and addressed to his son, Seyi, Tinubu expressed gratitude to Almighty God for his life and the man he has become, noting that his journey has been marked by purpose and an unwavering desire to uplift others.
“You have walked your path with focus, courage, and humility, and you have done so with a heart that seeks to build, serve, and uplift others,” the President wrote.
Reflecting on Seyi’s growth over the years, Tinubu said he had always demonstrated leadership and determination, turning “ideas into institutions and challenges into opportunities.”
He commended his son’s contributions through Loatsad and other business ventures, noting that his definition of success goes beyond wealth or power.
“True success is not only measured by wealth or power but by the impact we make and the lives we touch,” he added.
President Tinubu praised Seyi’s philanthropic initiatives through the Noella Foundation, lauding his efforts in education, social development, youth empowerment, and maternal and child welfare. He said the foundation’s work has brought hope to families across Nigeria and created opportunities for many young people.
“Your commitment to philanthropy reflects the values I hold dear,” the President stated.
Describing 40 as “a special age that bridges youthful drive and profound wisdom,” Tinubu expressed pride in the family Seyi is building with his wife, Layal, and their dedication to raising their children in love and responsibility.
He concluded his message with prayers for continued wisdom, health, and peace for his son.
“As you celebrate this milestone, remember that your strength lies not only in what you achieve but in how you inspire others to believe. May God bless you with wisdom, good health, and peace.
Happy 40th Birthday, my son. You have made us proud, and I know you will continue to make Nigeria proud.”
