The Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Laenenae Halicani for allegedly beheading a four-year-old child.

“The police rescued the suspect. Hours later, the patrol team on surveillance recovered the decomposing, beheaded body of the missing child from a canal at Ashade area,” said the source.
