Police Arraign Four  E-Affidavit Agents Over Alleged Forgery

Police Ibadan, Oyo state have have four people over alleged falsification of Certificate of Death which is said to be the document of Oyo State High Court.

The suspect including Onifade Bosede,
Kayode Akeem, Akangbe Tunde Saheed and Falode Taiwo were arraigned on a 2 count charge before Chief Magistrate Moruf Mudashiru of Ibadan Chief Magistrate Court on 8th September, 2023.

The prosecution officer, Muritala Adeyemo stated that the a 2-count charge borders on conspiracy to wit felony.

The charge sheet read, “that you (1) Onifade Bosede, Kayode Akeem, Akangbe Tunde Saheed and Falode Taiwo sometimes in the month of July 2023 at High Court of Justice Area Ringroad Ibadan in Ibadan Magisterial district did conspire to commit felony to wit forgery and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 516 of the Criminal code cap 38 vol 11 laws of Oyo State Nigeria 2000.

That you Onifade Bosede, Kayode Akeem, Akangbe Tunde Saheed and Falode Taiwo in the date,time and place in the aforementioned Magistrate District did forge a fake Certificate of Death affidavit of the High Court of Justice with ID OYO/AFF/11758/2023 and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 467 (3b) of the Criminal code cap 38 vol 11 of Oyo State Nigeria 2000.

The Case was adjourned till 30th day of November 2023.
