Oyetunde in a statement said “As we continue our nation building journey as a united and courageous people, let us remain committed to promoting peace, progress, and inclusiveness in all our endeavours in this journey.
“Oyo State is blessed with a rich history and diverse cultural heritage that make us distinguished as a people. We owe it to our courageous ancestors and future generations to harness this strength to build a brighter future for ourselves and the generations to come. As we move forward, we must uphold the values of integrity, equity, accountability, hard work, courage and love for one another; for these are the pillars upon which many great societies are built and sustained.
To my fellow Nigerians, let us remain hopeful and resilient in the face of the difficult reforms embarked upon by the current administration as we strive together for a better nation.
“Nothing good comes easy and the saying “May your road be rough” is not a course. It is testament that enduring good character is forged from challenging circumstances. Let us rise above sentimental divisions and seek the common good of our dear country, remembering that every effort counts in the collective progress of our nation building.
