
The National Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Umar Dan Aji, has approved the appointment of 12 Personal Aides to strengthen the operations of his office and enhance effective engagement with youths across the country.
The appointments, announced in a statement dated January 14, 2026, are aimed at improving coordination, administration and service delivery within the Office of the National Youth Leader.
Those appointed include Armstrong Addah as Chief of Staff and Blessing Odawn as Personal Assistant. Others are Usman Musa Bala, Special Assistant (Media and Communications); Halima Wudiri, Special Assistant (Youth Mobilization/Women); and Kelly Dickson, Special Assistant (Protocol).
Also appointed are EleOjo Victor Agbenu, Special Assistant (Special Duties I); Rashida Ishaq, Special Assistant (Special Duties II); and Kabiru Ibrahim Dankasa, Special Assistant (Special Duties III).
Regional coordination will be handled by Okwor Patrick Uchenna, Liaison Officer, South East; Argundade Adokunle, Liaison Officer, South West; and Ugbomoh Passion Joseph, Liaison Officer, South South. Salisu Yahaya (Bright) was appointed Special Assistant (Youth Affairs).
Dan Aji congratulated the appointees and charged them to discharge their duties with diligence, professionalism and unwavering loyalty to the ideals of the Peoples Democratic Party.
He expressed confidence that the appointments would strengthen the youth wing of the party and enhance effective engagement nationwide.
