PDP Congress: Wolekanle Applauds Governor Makinde, Others, Urges Elected Officials to Justify Their Election

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogbomoso, Hon Akinwale Akinwole has congratulated the elected local government executive of the party in Oyo state

Akinwole, popularly known as Wolekanle also urge them to justify their election by ensuring Governor Makinde and other party candidates in the forthcoming election win convincingly.

In a statement signed by the Ogbomoso born enterpreneur, Akinwole said ” You concern now should be more on how to restore unity and peace in the party as well as wining more members into the party.

He urged them to collaborate with the ward and would be state executive of the party for effective and successful outing in 2003.

“Already, Governor Makinde’s unprecedented achievements in the last two and half years has restore the hope and trust in our party, all that is left is for us to unite as one and win more people for the Party..

While commending the governor and other party leaders for ensuring peaceful conduct of the election, Wolekanle urge party loyalists not to be distracted by the antics of the “enemy within” but be more focus and committed to the success of the party at state and Federal level.
