Hon. Busoye Ogunlade, Chairman of the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA), has extended heartfelt congratulations to the new Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade, on his ascension to the revered throne of his forefathers.
