A community and political leader in Oyo Federal Constituency, Omooba Oloye Babatunde Ologburo has lauded the giant strides of Governor Seyi Makinde in infrastructural development particularly in road construction.
Oloye Ologburo who is the Samorin Adini of Oyo town gave the commendation on Friday after joining the Governor at the Commissioning of Oyo-Fashola-Iseyin road.
According to him, Makinde demonstrated his leadership acumen with his courage and commitment in building a lasting culture of good governance and ethics in the administration and management of affairs in the state.
“The sons and daughters of Oyo Alaafin will forever be grateful to our amiable Governor for the various transformation he has brought to Oyo Zone.
” In the last four years, Oyo zone has benefited immensely in the various laudable projects his administration has embarked on.
“Governor Seyi Makinde upgraded Emmanuel Alayande College of Education to University of Education, he reconstructed Akesan Market to an utral-modern standard, he reconstructed Gedu-Oroki-Sabo road and the completion and commissioning of Oyo-Fashola-Iseyin road which will link Oyo zone to Oke Ogun.”
Oloye Ologburo however said Oyo town has never had it so good like this under any administration in the State.
