A reliable source reveal that the assailant attacked the white Hilux official vehicle of the commissioner after the crew dropped the Commissioner at his Olunde house on their way back.
The driver was shot and died immediately while the police orderly, sitting beside the driver was also shot in the arm and is currently receiving treatment at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
The official vehicle littered with blood is currently parked at the Sanyo police station Ibadan pending investigation.
