Alhaji Ademola Alli, a senatorial hopeful for Oyo Central Senatorial District under the platform APC, has congratulated Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakunlehin, on the occasion of his 90th birthday and first coronation anniversary.

Alli described Oba Olakunlehin as a symbol of peace, wisdom and enduring leadership whose reign has continued to bring unity and progress to Ibadanland.
He said that the monarch’s milestone birthday and coronation anniversary are not only historic but a testament to divine grace as well as honour.
“Kabiyesi’s leadership has further strengthened the traditional institution and restored pride as well as dignity to Ibadanland,” he said.
The senatorial hopeful extolled the Olubadan’s fatherly role, praying that Almighty God will grant him more years in sound health and wisdom to continue to guide Ibadanland and its people.
Alli reaffirmed his commitment to the growth and development of Oyo Central and the state at large.
He pledged to continue to work with traditional institutions like the Olubadan to promote peace, good governance and inclusive development.
