The Oyo State House of Assembly Correspondents has joined well-wishers beyond the soil of the state to congratulate the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin on the occasion of his birthday.
Speaking on behalf of the correspondents during a congratulatory visit to the speaker, Chairman, 10th Oyo Assembly Correspondents, Mr. Mosope Kehinde, described the Speaker as a responsible leader that is worthy of emulation by youthful politicians.
Mr. Kehinde explained that the House Correspondents acknowledged the efforts and contributions of the Speaker and all members of the 10th Oyo State House of Assembly are making to move the state forward.
While congratulating and wishing Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin the very best life can offer on his birthday, the correspondents’ Chairman appreciated the Speaker for chosen to be a good role model for the youth, not only in Oyo State, but Nigeria as a whole
He prayed for sound health, God’s knowledge and wisdom for him as he began another trip round the calendar.
In his response, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, appreciated the gesture by the House Correspondents, saying that it is a call for more responsive and responsible leadership.
The Speaker assured the correspondents of better and improved welfare package to complement the support they are giving to him and the House of Assembly generally.
