The Okanlomo of Oodua, Engr. Chief Dotun Sanusi has expressed appreciation to the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde and his wife, Mrs Tamunominini Makinde, Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Bayo Lawal and his wife, Mrs Ajibola Lawal, and members of the State Executive Council, Chairman Oyo @50 and members for the merit award bestowed on him.

Others include the Olubadan of Ibadanland, who is the Chairman, Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs, His Imperial Majesty Oba Senator Dr. Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, other traditional rulers in the state, members of the Olubadan in Council, the Iyalode in Council, and Ibadan Chiefs

Sanusi also thanked the Ibadan Mogajis, Barr. Chief Niyi Ajewole, President General, Central Council of Ibadan Indegiens (CCII) its executives, all Ibadan Royal Highnesses, Baales, Babaloja General of Oyo state and his team, Iyaloja General of Oyo state and her team, Local Government Chairmen, JDS team, press men, and all well wishers.

Recall that Chief (Engr.) Dr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi yesterday at the grand finale of activities marking the 50th anniversary of creation of Oyo State received the Oyo State Merit Award, presented to him by Governor Seyi Makinde

He award was in recognition of Dotun Sanusi’s outstanding contributions to sports development, philanthropy, and tourism, as well as his unwavering commitment to the socio-economic advancement of Oyo State.
