The governorship aspiration of Chief Niyi Aborisade has received a major boost as political leaders and stakeholders across the 10 local government areas of Oke-Ogun have pledged their full support ahead of the 2027 general election.

According to a statement issued by the Niyi Aborisade Media Office, the endorsement came during a joint meeting with top leaders of the region, following a series of consultation visits by Chief Aborisade to each of the local government areas.

The statement revealed that the Oke-Ogun leaders, after extensive deliberations, expressed their unanimous commitment to work collectively towards the realisation of Chief Aborisade’s ambition to become the next governor of Oyo State.

“There was a rousing and resounding welcome in Oke Ogun. We toured all the 10 local government areas and the jubilant party faithful and residents received us warmly,” the statement read.
