A chieftain of the Action Democratic Party ADP in Oyo state, Hon Wumi Oladeji has said express optimism that the party will take over from Ajimobi led APC government in the state in 2019
Oladeji, a member of Oyo state House of Assembly representing Ogbomoso North disclose this in a with journalists in Ogbomoso
According to her, majority of people of Oyo state are yearning for a government with human face that will enhance economic prosperity and infrastructural development in the state and it is only ADP government that can do that without inflicting hardship on people
‘ ADP is a party of responsible people with a good plan for the masses and that is why they gave former governor of Oyo state Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala and other candidates ticket for elective position’
“ People of Oyo state cannot forget in a hurry how the government of Alao Akala change their economic fortunes for better and how he embark on infrastructural build up across the state without making life difficult for them when he was in power and that is why majority are yearning for his return as governor of the state in 2019.”
Speaking on her achievements as a lawmaker, Hon Oladeji who is seeking another term at the state Assembly under the platform of ADP said she has an unprecedented record of achievements in her legislative duties and empowerment in the history of Ogbomoso North.
‘ My bills and motion bothers mostly on the plight of my people in Ogbomoso and Oyo state at large and to a very large extent I have been able to empower many people with working tools, financial support and secure employments for some people as well and I am sure my coming back a lawmaker will yield more dividends of democracy for my people.
She however assure people of Ogbomoso North state constituency on consolidation of her achievements and through quality representation at the state Assembly and facilitation of projects that will enhance development.
