Salam, who was dressed in black, walked
barefoot from the Unity Fountain in the Maitama area of the Federal Capital Territory to the National Assembly Complex, with a placard demanding that the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) do more to secure the freedom of the abducted victims of the Abuja-Kaduna train attack.

Recall that one of the victims of the March 28 Kaduna train attack, Sadiq Ango Abdullahi, who is the son of the Chairman of Northern Elders Forum, Professor Ango Abdullahi, recently appealed to the Federal Government to come to their rescue by yielding to the demands of their abductors before they will stayer to harm them.
