It further reads, “you have exhibited uncommon wisdom, remarkable vision and exemplary leadership in resuscitating the Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs), an initiative which is drastically reducing maternal and child death, an approach to make the poorest Nigerians enjoy meaningful health services, even at the remotest corner of the country, your passionate resilience towards the realization of 10,000 functional PHCs is yielding fruits.
