What has he done?
Just slapping a Policeman?
Is that a great deal?
Ordinary slap?
Is that why we are all making noise ?
Rubbish!
Don’t you know him?
Don’t you?
He is the son of Abami Eda
One of the greatest musicians that ever walked in this firmament
God bless him
He too is a god-star
Who is hailed all over the world
An intercontinental star
The boy whose music has conquered the world
Great guy!
And it is this global legend
That an ordinary policeman
was talking to!
Foolish policeman
Talking to a world-renowned music idol
That policeman deserves more than a whirlwind slap.
Yes.
So he does not know that
Such a star is above the law?
He fails to realise that he should have knelt to talk to the god of Afro-music – the great scion of Fela.
The son who is so bold enough to do what his father could not attempt in his lifetime
The policeman should just thank God
Thank his star
Thank the spirit of his mother
That the great son of Fela
The ruler of the Kalakuta Republic
Was in a good mood
That
Seun was so magnanimous with him,
if not, he should have shoved off his
Occiput
instead of that whirlwind
Slap.
But excuse me Sir and ma
What kind of behavioural pattern do you expect from a boy who daily soaks his head in hemp?
Do you expect him to be normal?
Yeye boy!
Stupid idiot
Igbo ti fo ni ifun
He should learn his lessons
He slapped Nigeria
Nigeria should slap him back
Crude Nonsense.
Rubbish.
A slap on a police man on duty is a slap on Nigeria. An attack on a police man by Seun is a complete display of illiteracy by somebody who should know better. That substance that Seun takes is getting a better side of him. All those gragra attitude is nolonger in vogue.
Seun Kuti; son of Anikulapo Kuti, Grandson f Mama Funmi, nephew of Dokita Beko, brother of Femi Kuti, rother of Yeni Kuti (YK). Hmnn! That Olopa yeye o. Abi him no dey see or he no dey hear? Go on ojare. After
Yes, what’s the big deal in slapping a policeman?
Policemen slap Nigerians everyday and no noise except the #ENDSARS. If Seun was soaked in a pot of Hemp, what are the beater policemen drinking?
Again, what’s the big deal in slapping the slapper of Nigerians
The police being an agent of law and order MUST conform itself to the laws of the land notwithstanding babyish provocations in the discharge of their duties. There is occupational hazards, after all, the police do slap, harass, embarrass, arrest and detain innocent Nigerians everyday, allegedly.
It is my humble submission that Mr. Seun Kuti is presumed innocent until the contrary is proved by the State as guaranteed in the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended. His parade by the Lagos State Police Command before pressmen violates Section 9 of the Lagos State Administration of Criminal Justice Law, which prohibits any form of parade of criminal suspects in Nigeria, Lagos State especially.
He who goes to equity must go with clean hands. Two wrongs cannot seek a right. State actors like security agencies, especially the police should desist from laying baseless claims to monopoly of violence and lawlessness.
God blesses Nigeria.
