Hon. Olusegun Odebunmi has expressed deep sorrow and shock over the death of Chief Isaac Omodewu, the former Oyo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Omodewu, who was also a former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Titles in Oyo State under the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi, passed away recently.

In his tribute, Odebunmi described Omodewu’s passing as “deeply shocking, profoundly sad, and truly painful.” He emphasized the significant contributions Omodewu made to the political landscape of Oyo State and the APC, noting that his leadership and service will be sorely missed.

“Omodewu’s death is a great loss, not only to his family and the APC but to the entire state of Oyo. He was a dedicated leader who served with passion and integrity,” Odebunmi said.

As the state and the APC family mourn the loss of Omodewu, tributes continue to pour in from various quarters, highlighting the impact he had during his lifetime and the legacy he leaves behind.
