Former Deputy governor of Osun state, Senator Iyiola Omisore has promised to continue to contribute to the development of Enginnering profession in Nigeria.

Senator Omisore who recently led COREN accreditation visitation team to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, made the promise in a letter titled Re: COREN Accreditation Visitation to Obafemi Awolowo, University , Ile- Ife, Osun state addressed to the COREN President.

The former Chairman Senate Committee on Appropriation in the letter dated February ,22, 2020 copied COREN Registrar, Engineer Professor Joseph Odigwe expressed his appreciation for serving as the leader of the accreditation team.

The letter reads, “Thank you for the opportunity to be on the accreditation team. It affords me a platform to fleetingly engage the academic community and pleasantly refresh my memory”.

Senator Iyiola Omisore is an Engineer by Profession .
