Lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North state constituency at the oyo state House of Assembly Hon Olubisi Micheal has felicitate with His Royal Majesty, Oba Sunday Oladapo Oyediran, Lagbami Osekun |||, the Onpetu of Ijeruland and the good people of Ijeru Kingdom on the occasion of Odun Oba 2024
Hon. Olubisi Micheal who is also the chairman, House committe on Culture Tourism said the event annual event is a platform to appreciate God and showcase the cultural heritage
In a statement personally signed by the lawmeker, she said “I am glad that our highly revered monarch has transformed the festival into a global tourism event which has increase tourism traffic fro all over the world to Oyo state”
“This is in line with the vision of the Engineer Seyi Makinde lef administration which aims at promoting culture and tourism in the state as a way of fostering Unity and economic development”
While i am commending Onpetu of Ijeru for his consistency and determination in making Odun Oba a global event, i urge all the stakeholders to support him in making the vision a reality.
