Amb.Ayandotun Ayanlakin, JP,KCOP has been appointed as the coordinator of Royal Fathers in the South West by the National Rescue Association of Nigeria .
The cultural Icon who is also the Royal Ambassador to Alaafin of Oyo ,Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi 11 maintains a good relationship with the traditional rulers across the country
According to the appointment letter signed by Senator Saidu Monahed Dansadau, Deputy National Coordinator, Ayanlankin appointments is to relate with the Royal fathers in the region and mobilize them to support good governance and accountability
“ Our decision to seek support from Royal Fathers is informed by our belief that Royal Fathers must be involved in Nation’s governance, if we must rescue Nigeria from its present state of affairs and entrench good governance”
Ambassador Ayanlakin while speaking on the on the new task said , he has since been meeting the traditional rulers and other stakeholders in the region to support the vision of the National Rescue Association
“ I accepted the offer because I consider the group of people in the association as a worthy people with reputable character who are genuinely passionate about the development of Nigeria and I have been making serious effort to ensure our traditional rulers key in to the project”
So far I have visited over 2000 traditional rulers preaching good governance and their role in ensuring Nigeria is rescued from the hand of the corrupt leaders
