NNPC Ltd. Unveils New 8-Man Senior Management Team

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) has announced the appointment of a new senior management team following the confirmation of its Group Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors.

According to a statement issued on Friday by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, the new team comprises eight top executives who will steer the affairs of the company under the leadership of the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), Mr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari.

Roland Ewubare has been named the Group Chief Operating Officer, while Adedapo Segun takes over as Group Chief Financial Officer. Olalekan Ogunleye will serve as Executive Vice President, Gas, Power & New Energy.

Other key appointments include Udy Ntia as Executive Vice President, Upstream; Mumuni Dagazau as Executive Vice President, Downstream; Sophia Mbakwe as Executive Vice President, Business Services; and Adesua Dozie, who assumes the role of Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer.

The statement noted that all appointments take immediate effect as the company continues its transformation journey to strengthen operations and drive growth in the Nigerian energy sector.
