Prince Ajibade Abiodun Olaleye, Chief Executive Officer of New Realms Travels and Tours Limited, has intensified his campaign for the Vice President position of the National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA), Western Zone, pledging continuity and strategic growth ahead of the February 26, 2026 election.
Addressing members of the association, Olaleye described the forthcoming election as a defining moment that will shape the future of the Western Zone. He stressed that leadership within the association must reflect stability, institutional memory, and a commitment to sustained progress.
The vice-presidential hopeful anchored his aspiration on years of active involvement in the zone’s administration, having served under three successive leaders. He previously held the position of Pioneer Social and Welfare Officer during the tenure of Dr. Tokunbo Dagunduro, currently the 2nd Deputy National President of NANTA, and later served as Public Relations Officer under Comrade Pastor Hezekiah Afolabi, Western Zone Ex-Officio, as well as under Otunba Babatunde Adesokan, the current Western Zone Vice President.
Olaleye noted that his experience within the association’s inner workings has equipped him with the administrative discipline and strategic insight required to consolidate existing achievements while positioning the zone for greater relevance in the travel and tourism industry.
He outlined a three-point agenda centred on consolidation of ongoing initiatives, empowerment of member agencies, and expansion of the zone’s influence and market reach.
According to him, his administration would prioritise sustaining impactful policies introduced by past leaders, strengthen support structures for travel agencies, and pursue forward-looking strategies that will enhance the Western Zone’s competitiveness nationally and globally.
Olaleye called on members to participate actively in the electoral process, emphasising that the February 26 poll represents a collective decision about the direction of the association.
He maintained that his ambition is driven by a desire to build on the association’s legacy while steering it toward broader opportunities in the evolving global travel landscape.
