I was not placed above anyone, i am equally qualified just like every other person that aspire for the position. i am a bonafide indigene of Ogbomoso, was bread and raised in Ogbomoso, i have paid my dues politically, i didnt just wake up last year and said i want to be Assembly member, i have been in the game for quite some time and i belief when God says its time nobody can stop it, on the aggrieved party members and aspirants, i have met some of them and they have also agreed to work with me as brothers, the reconciliatory move is still going on, we are going go work together for the victory of our party.

If you view the political situation in the state holistically, do you think PDP stand the chance of winning Ogbomoso and Oyo state come 2023.?

Very well, PDP will win convincingly, i am sure of that, people have seen the differences and they don’t want to go back to the old era

cuts in… What gives you the assurance?

You self can see everywhere, there is hardly a sector that you will not see Governor Makinde’s hand, lets start fro Ogbomoso, everybody knows that LAUTECH is one of the major source of economy booster in Ogbomoso, and prior his emergence the institution has been in comatose due to ownership crisis but he came , fix the problem and everything is going on fine, roads are being fixed, Ogbomoso township stadium is being upgraded, Ogbomoso -Iseyin road and many other developmental projects that will boost economy are ongoing, everywhere, go to other major towns and villages too you will see  Governor Makinde’s work, his achievements are unprecedented and his victory will be landslide. its not going to be our Governor alone, all the PDP candidates will win election in 2023.

Ogbomoso has APC Reps Member, Senator, Minister and other Political office holder in APC don’t you think that would be a great hurdle for PDP in 2023.?

I dont think so. and it will never be a task for us at all, this is Oyo state, People are tired of APC, they have tested and trusted Seyi Makinde led PDP in the state, so the federal might you are referring to wont work. As Far as Oyo state is concerned, PDP is on ground and we are going to win.

In 2023 If you eventually emerge as House of Assembly member, you will be the second female lawmaker that will represent Ogbomoso, what are those things that you are going to do differently ?

Well, i have a lot of plans and its going to be an all inclusive representation, people will be involved, yes we are going to empower women, youth, students, i will facilitate projects and ensure quality representation that will boost development, i have a lot of ideas and programs and God willing, i will implement them . As a woman in politics, i am going to make a different, and my constituents will enjoy me better.
