Mohbad: Court Remands Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Two other for 21 Days

A Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting at Yaba, Lagos  has remanded Abdulazeez Fashola, 32, a.k.a. Naira Marley, Samson Eletu better known as Sam Larry and two others for alleged conspiracy and murder of a music star, Oladimeji Aloba a.k.a. Mohbad.

Others remanded  alongside Fashola are Ogedengbe Fisayo, 37 and Ayobami Sadiq, 27

They pleased not guilty but their plea was not taken.

Chief Magistrate Mrs Adeola Olatubosun ordered the remand of the suspects for 21 days at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCID).

Olatubosun who also ordered that the suspects should be granted access to medicals and lawyers of their choice however adjourned the case till October 25.

Recalled that Naira Marley in a statement few days ago said he had no hands in Mohbad’s death and promised to come home to help police investigation on the matter

Similarly Sam Larry who was aressted upon his arrival from Kenya last week said he bear no grudges against the late singer

Another close friend of the late Singer Primeboy who was also a prime suspect have been declared wanted by the police for not honouring the invitation
