The launch also included the rollout of CNG conversion centres at major commercial parks across the state, in collaboration with the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).

The state-of-the-art facilities offer vehicle owners a convenient and eco-friendly solution for transitioning to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), supporting the federal government’s push for sustainable energy alternatives in the transport sector.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer and Programme Director of the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative, Michael Oluwagbemi, praised the initiative and commended the Mofiado’s for investing in clean energy infrastructure.

While encouraging them to uphold high service standards and ensure that customers benefit from reliable, quality service, Oluwagbemi said the PCNGI will continue to ensure spread of conversation centres across all states in Nigeria.
