Oyo Amotekun has received two power bikes from Mobility Vehicle financing company popularly know as Metro Africa Xpress ( MAX OKADA).
The event which took place today, Tuesday 30th of March, 2021 at the Oyo State Amotekun Operational Base, Dandaru, Ibadan Oyo State
Mr Shobowale Adedeji the Lead Government Relation Officer and Mr Mayowa Olusa the Growth Operation Manager of the company presented the power bikes to the leadership of Oyo Amotekun.
While presenting the power bikes Mr Shobowale Adedeji stressed on the need for private organizations to collaborate with Oyo State Government in providing the Agency with necessary equipment to boost operational efficiency.
Speaking further, he commented the effort of Amotekun Operatives so far in the state.
He therefore assure the Agency of the company’s continuous support to be made quarterly henceforth.
Mr Mayowa Olusa the company’s Growth Operations Manager spoke on the capacity of the power bikes that is strongly built for stability, durability and speed needed for effective operation.
Receiving the power bikes, the Commandant Oyo State Security Network Agency and Amotekun corps Col. Olayanju Olayinka (Rtd) appreciated the company for commending the efforts of the Agency and their laudable collaboration with the Agency to boost the Operational efficiency.
He described a power bike as one of the basic need of the Agency and that it will be dedicated for special Operations and not for daily use.
The state commandant further charged other philanthropist and organisation to emulate the good deeds of Metro Africa Xpress in contributing to the effort of the Agency in combating crime in the state.
Also present are Barrister Olusola Orobode the agency board secretary and Mr S.A Tijani the agency’s Director of Administration and Supply.
