The election of Eng Oluseyi Makinde as the duly elected Governor of Oyo state has been affirmed by the supreme court.

The seven Justices unanimously  uphold the decision of the tribunal which had earlier affirmed Makinde’s victory at the poll

Reacting to the judgement the Deputy Governor Eng Rauf Olaniyan said it is God’s decision because he answered the prayers of Oyo state people
