Makinde Mourns Gbite Adetoro, Condoles Pa Adetoro, Olorunsogo LG PDP

Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, on Friday, condoled with a foremost chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Pa Jacob Gbadebo Adetoro, on the death of his son and a vice chairmanship candidate of the PDP in the forthcoming LG election, Mr. Adegbite Adetoro.

The governor equally commiserated with the PDP family in Olorunsogo Local Government, Igbeti, noting that Gbite’s death is a sad and personal loss to him and the PDP in the state.

Governor Makinde, who described the deceased as a promising young man with a lot of potential, prayed to God to comfort the Adetoro family and to halt such sad occurrences.

He said: “I want to express my condolences to our leader, Pa. Jacob Adetoro, over the death of his son, Gbite, who was our party’s vice chairmanship candidate in Olorunsogo Local Government.

“Gbite was a promising young man with a lot of potential; he was one of the future leaders of our great party in Olorunsogo Local Government and Oyo State.
“His death is a sad and personal loss to me and to our great party. It is my prayer that God Almighty will grant repose to his soul and comfort his family.”
