It was a moment of praise and adoration to Almighty God and eulogy to Governor Seyi Makinde who presented a brand new bus to Ori Oke Baptist Church Ogbomoso Oyo state.
Makinde promised to donate the bus
few weeks ago during the service of Songs of late Madam Dunmade Adegboyega Adegbite.
At the presentation were Peoples Democratic Party Senatorial Candidate in Oyo North, Hon Akinwale Solomon Akinwole, Ogbomoso North local government Chairman Hon Kabir Ayoade, Ogbomoso North PDP Chairman, Hon George Ogunlade, Hon Sunday Bankole,Hon Taiwo Alagbe and other Party bigwigs
Presenting the bus on behalf of the governor, Hon George Ogunlade, PDP Chairman Ogbomoso North,said Governor Makinde is a man of his words who always fulfill promises.
” We can all testify to his good governance through infrastructural development, prompt payment of Salaries and areas, provision of basic amenities among others and this he would do more if re-elected for another term.
He however urged the people to continue to support and pray for Governor Makinde’s re-election and other PDP Candidates from presidential to the House of Assembly.
The Church pastor Rev.Dr Emanuel Oladejo in his remark said ‘ When the governor came here and promised us a bus, a lot of rumours and misinformation was heared, today we are happy that our governor has fulfilled his promises and the doubting thomases can now see that Governor
is a man of his words.
The pastor who was joined by the congregation to praise Governor Makinde however prayed for the governor’s successful tenure and victory in the coming election.
Peoples Democratic Party Senatorial Candidate Hon Akinwale Solomon Akinwole who was also at the presentation while speaking with journalists after the presentation said Governor Makinde is a man with good intentions and passion for the advancement of the society
